For undertaking a purchase you have to go to the CATALOGUE section, select the desired product category, choose the product you are interested in, choose the required size of the product and put it into the BASKET.
In the “BASKET” section you have to enter your Information and Delivery address, and choose the Delivery Method (the shipping cost will be included in the TOTAL OF PAYMENT), select the Payment Method, and click the button “PLACE ORDER”.
In accordance with the chosen payment method, you will need to make a payment. The money will be debited from your account in the currency of interbank rate.

The delivery of products to Europe and Soviet Union Countries is carried out within 3 days by DHL and 14 days by Ukrposhta transportation agents after manufacturing the product.
In Ukraine delivery is carried out by Nova Pochta, within 3-6 days after manufacturing the product. In Kiev there is a FREE address-delivery by courier. Courier will wait up to 15 minutes, while you are FITTING the clothes.
To make a refund, you need to fill out a return application, which is attached to the Order, and send the goods to company by any courier service (the price of returning is paid by You, if you specify “payment by cash on delivery”, the parcel will return to you back).
Before sending, MAKE SURE that you have applied all the conditions of returning: all goods, returned after 14 days after receipt, all goods without traces of exploiting or damaged, packaging are not accepted for returning. Promotional items are not returned or exchanged.
