When placing an order by one parcel delivery in Ukraine is FREE for 6 days after placing the order online at mazini.com.ua or by phone. The courier will deliver your order at your convenient time and place and wait up to 15 minutes while you are TRYING ON.

Please note that when paying at receipt and placing an order by one parcel there is stated total amount of cash on delivery. This means that you will need to pay for the entire order or completely return it. If the order that has been sent by one parcel consists of several items partial return is not possible.

When ordering by different parcels free delivery is only for one parcel biggest in volume. Delivery of the remaining parcels in the order shall be made at your expense.

To be able to return some of the ordered items in one order you need to place an order by different parcels – where each item is individually packed. In this case the return of the biggest parcel is free of charge, the return of remaining parcels will be at your expense.

To ensure that your order has been placed by different parcels, please contact your account manager at the time of order confirmation.

You can also pick up an order on your own in a convenient branch of the “Nova Poshta” company.

We also deliver parcel to Russian and other European cities by the EMS, DHL and Ukrposhta carriers. The delivery cost depends on your order amount.
