How to order?
We hope, that our PRODUCT will bring you JOY and PLEASURE, but if for any reason they did not suit you, you CAN RETURN them within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Order and we will RETURN BACK money within 3 days from the date of obtaining the products.
For undertaking a purchase you have to go to the CATALOGUE section, select the desired product category, choose the product you are interested in, choose the required size of the product and put it into the BASKET.
In the “BASKET” section you have to enter your Information and Delivery address, and choose the Delivery Method (the shipping cost will be included in the TOTAL OF PAYMENT), select the Payment Method, and click the button “PLACE ORDER”.
In accordance with the chosen payment method, you will need to make a payment. The money will be debited from your account in the currency of interbank rate. Please note that according to the tariffs of the issuing bank, there may be double conversion when paying with non-ukrainian bank accounts.
The SECURITY of your payments is GUARANTEED owing to the usage of 3D-Secure protocol in our company for the transferring confidential information, which completely avoids the possibility of reading data from your card by third parties!
Shipping worldwide by Nova Poshta Global service is carried out within 5 – 14 business days after manufacturing the product. The shipping cost is calculated individually for each country and is indicated on the website during the order checkout (excluding customs clearance in the recipient country). In Ukraine delivery is carried out by Nova Pochta, within 3 – 5 business days after manufacturing the product.
You can make a refund within 14 calendar days in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, provided that the product remains in its original condition, shows no signs of use. The product must be returned with all original packaging. You can send the goods to company by any courier service (the price of returning is paid by You, if you specify “payment by cash on delivery”, the parcel will return to you back). Promotional items are not returned or exchanged. After verifying that the product meets the return conditions, its full value will be refunded within 3 business days.
