Return

If for some reason you were not satisfied with the order or items did not fit you, you can return it immediately upon receipt. Return is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.  To return you need to fill out an application for return, which is attached with the order and to give the goods to the courier or post-office operator.

You can also return the product within 14 days of receipt. To return you need to fill out an application for return, which is attached with the order, and send the item to us by any courier service. In this case the cost of shipping the returned goods is paid by you. Note that if you specify a payment on delivery, the parcel will return back to you.

Return of goods from Russia or any other European country is made by the customer.

Before sending make sure you have followed the return conditions: goods returned after the term of 14 days upon receipt and goods with the marks of exploitation or damaged packing shall not be returned.
